Before you can receive funding on your claim, you must review and sign a funding agreement that describes the funding and
repayment terms. This will be sent to you, your lawyer, and the funder to sign. Also, your lawyer will be sent an Attorney
Acknowledgement in which your lawyer agrees to the terms in the contract by signing it. You will be required to
produce an ID prior to receiving your funds. If you are a medical service provider, simply read the contract and sign
where indicated.
Your funds will be available immediately in your digital wallet and depending on your selection, you can receive the funds
via a wire or same day ACH to your bank account or the following day by check
